In 1998 Zoë (Diamondopoulis) Shaw had the first Caryvention in Orlando, Florida. Since then the Email Warbrides have had a Caryvention every year--and more recently every 18 months. Anywhere from about 10-40 people have attended and each has been a huge success. We watch Cary movies, play Cary-related trivia games, sightsee, visit, and have a great time greeting old friends and meeting new ones. Caryventions are always held on a long weekend and some of us have had the opportunity to see places we wouldn't otherwise see. Many  have been to one or two, several have been to most; three warbrides have been to all but two. Enjoy these Caryventions vicariously by reading the stories and looking at the pictures on these pages.

Mini Meets are smaller, informal get-togethers, usually in a specific regional area.
